Two decades in the water. One goal: drop time.
I was born in Sydney, learned to swim in Guangzhou, and made my first Olympic team at 25 after surgery to remove a tumour from my spinal canal. I know what it takes to get faster, and what gets in the way.
Now I coach swimmers of every level, in the pool and on video, and I run NEWPB, the racing cap worn by Olympians.

I made the 4D Soft Dome for myself first. It sits flat over any hair length, so there are no bubbles and nothing pulling at you in the water. This is the cap I wear behind the blocks.
